Erm... I'm kinda like answering teacher's blog prompt actually.... Hehe..
Mr Lau and Miss Lim ask: How do you think our education system can be improved?
Me:
Our education system can be improved by incorporating career guidance and counselling in the school syllabus. This would require the inclusion of career counsellors who would guide students in making informed decisions as they choose subjects and courses at higher institutions of learning.
The counsellors would assess the students' personal abilities through tests that should be made part of the subject content. This would help the students to discover their full potential (other abilities) in addition to the academic competence, which they can base on to choose careers that suit their interests.
It will also expose students to numerous opportunities for job creation driven by personal individual interests.
So in simpler words, I think that we can improve education by putting in more interesting and fun teamwork games in our daily lessons, or we could do an outdoor english lesson! That would be sooo great!!^^
