♥ 5 ways to save the environment

3 ways to save the environment through reducing.
They are:
1. Turn off the water when you're not using it. As Ellen Degeneres says, "Turn off the water while brushing your teeth." Why is the water running for so long? There is no point, is there? It is okay if you forget a few times, but if you forget a lot, put a little sticky note on the wall in front of the sink, with the reminder, "Turn off the faucet. Don't waste water!" This goes for shaving, washing dishes , and even taking a shower.
2. Use lesser toilet paper, and don't use a mile of it for one little wiping. Be reasonable. Go easy on the paper towels, too.
3. Buy less bottled water. Buying bottled water costs between one and two bucks a bottle, and easily adds up to a few hundred dollars a year. You might think it's worth it to drink water that tastes good and is considered safe; but what else do those bottles of water cost? Only about 1.5 million barrels of oil per year to make the plastic bottles, and 22 million bottles ending up in the landfills annually.
